Scheduled - We will be performing a cut-around on Friday, October 23rd starting at 12:00 a.m. This maintenance will impact several of our facilities in Van Alstyne, Howe, Anna, and Melissa. We estimate the work to take approximately four hours. During the time of the repair, you can expect loss of internet service. Most customers will be down for a much shorter time than the four-hour estimate, but we wanted to make sure you were aware you could lose service during this two-hour window. Thank you for your understanding.

If your service does not come back up after the maintenance is performed, please reboot your router. If your service remains down after the reboot, please contact our customer service department between the hours of 8:00 am. and 5:00 pm. at (903) 482-7000 or email your outage to customerservice@graysoncollin.net and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
