Update - Oncor Electric is still working on restoring power to the area.

Update - Oncor Electric is on-site replacing poles and have killed power to the area. Our battery backup power source has depleted due to the amount of time being without power. Oncor estimates 30 more minutes for the power to be fully restored in the area.

Scheduled - We will be relocating a section of fiber in the area of Southeast Van Alstyne and Northeast Anna on Friday, August 8th beginning at 2:00am and it is estimated to be repaired within four hours. During the time of repair you can expect periods of intermittent service. Most customers will be down for a much shorter time than the four hour estimate.
